The SIGNATORY and/or its AFFILIATES hereby declare that they are prepared to grant irrevocable licences under the IPRs on terms and conditions which are in accordance with Clause 6.1 of the ETSI IPR Policy, in respect of the STANDARD, to the extent that the IPRs remain ESSENTIAL.
The SIGNATORY has informed ETSI that the above mentioned IPR relates to the technical proposals identified as "Fast session setup", "Fast Media", "Automatic Connect Negotiation", Inferred Session Setup", "WNSRP".
On 24 March 2007, Dilithium Networks Inc. has updated its above declaration by providing the granted Patent No. 7,139,279, as well as the Deliverable number reference 3GPP TR 26.911 V.7.1.0 (ETSI TR 126 911 V.7.1.0), and the Section reference H.324/Annex K.
In addition, Dilithium Networks Inc. has informed ETSI that the previously mentioned technical proposals identified as "Fast session setup", "Fast Media", "Automatic Connect Negotiation" and "Inferred Session Setup", have not been standardized and that instead the standard TR 26.911 references what is now called Annex K/H.324.
