By email of 17 May 2010, Nokia Corporation has provided the correct Specification no. TS 25.302 in replacement of the the initially declared incorrect no. TS 2302, as reflected above.

On 16 June 2008, Nokia Corporation has provided ETSI with the following updates to their initial declaration of 19 April 2002:
- Addition of the Patent Number 0928119;
- Addition of the Section and Version numbers for TS 25.331.
For the sake of clarity, Nokia has informed that the change of position on all above patents will not affect Nokia’s FRAND commitments under the ETSI IPR Policy.
