On 16 June 2008, Nokia Corporation has provided ETSI with the following updates to their initial declaration o19 December 2003:
- Removal of the Specification/Standard numbers TS 25.401; TS 125 401; TS 25.211; TS 125 211; TS 25.104; TS 125 104; TS 125 331 initially declared and replacement by the Specification numbers TS 25.214 and TS 25.221 as reflected above and which, in Nokia’s view, are essential to the patent
- Addition of the Section and Version numbers for TS 25.331, as reflected above.
For the sake of clarity, Nokia has informed that the change of position on all above patents will not affect Nokia’s FRAND commitments under the ETSI IPR Policy.
