- Replacement of the incorrect patent title “ IP-M CONTEXT FOR GPRS” with the correct title as reflected above;
- Addition of the Patent Number EP (UK) 1163758;
- Addition of the Specification numbers TS 22.060 and TS 23.060, as reflected above.
For the sake of clarity, Nokia Siemens Network has informed that the change of position on all above patents will not affect Nokia’s FRAND commitments under the ETSI IPR Policy.
