The SIGNATORY and/or its AFFILIATES hereby declare that they are prepared to grant irrevocable licences under the IPRs on terms and conditions which are in accordance with Clause 6.1 of the ETSI IPR Policy, in respect of the STANDARD, to the extent that the IPRs remain ESSENTIAL.

On 12 January 2010, Nortel Networks Ltd. has informed ETSI that the referenced patent number EP1300888 initially declared to ETSI on 11 June 2008, was a typographical error and that it should be corrected as 1330888 with the updated patent title on record with the EPO.
The initially declared patent family information: 1515095 in CHINA, 1300888 in FRANCE, GERMANY and UNITED KINGDOM has also been corrected with the updated patent family information.
